Introduction

At GameRcard, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that sometimes, for various reasons, you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests and the circumstances under which refunds will be granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If you request a refund before the boosting service has started, you will receive a full refund.
  • Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a partial refund proportional to the work completed.
  • Account Suspension: If your account is suspended or banned during the boosting process due to actions taken by our booster, you will receive a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent us from completing the service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Service Already Started: Once the boosting service has started, we cannot provide a full refund.
  • Account Access Issues: If we cannot access your account due to incorrect login information or if you change your password during the service.
  • Account Suspension by You: If you access your account during the boosting process without our consent, leading to account suspension.
  • Game Updates or Changes: If the game undergoes significant changes that affect the service, such as rank resets, matchmaking changes, or new patches.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the service after it has started.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Include any relevant evidence to support your refund request (screenshots, account information, etc.).
  4. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our refund eligibility criteria.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund. Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Service Partially Completed: If we have completed a portion of the service before the refund request is made.
  • Extended Completion Time: If the service takes significantly longer than the estimated completion time due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Rank Adjustment: If we are unable to reach the exact rank specified in your order but have made progress towards it.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of the service completed and the specific circumstances of your case.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may lead to the suspension of your account.

If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with our customer support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • Refuse to provide any future services.
  • Take legal action to recover the full amount of the chargeback plus any additional fees.

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact our customer support team first, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

If you use a gift card or promotional code to purchase a service and then request a refund for that service, the refund will be processed as a store credit to your account, not as a refund to the original gift card or promotional code.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Refund Policy on our website and, if required by law, by sending you a notification.
